Mainiero to visit Varsity Central Live

October
27

As a first-year starting quarterback in 2006, Nick Mainiero led Croton to the Class C sectional championship game against Dobbs Ferry.

The Tigers came up short that day — which is hardly surprising. After all, Dobbs Ferry has won 69 straight games against Section 1 opponents.

Now a senior, Mainiero will get another shot at Dobbs on Saturday in the Class C sectional semifinals.

What are his thoughts as the Tigers aim to end the streak?  You can find out on Wednesday night at 7:30 because Mainiero will be the special guest on Varsity Central Live. You can post your comments and ask questions as well by visiting “LoHud.com/vclive.”:http://lohud.com/vclive

See you all then.
